Please note: All sales are final.
Due to the nature of the sneaker and clothing business — including limited releases and high-demand items — we do not accept returns, or exchanges.

Before You Buy

Please double-check:

• Your size

• Product details

• Shipping and billing info

All orders are final once placed.

If you believe your order qualifies for an exception, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at Support@chamber13nyc.com with your order number and photos if applicable.Items must remain unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Shipping Responsibility

Here at Chamber13 we aim to ship out as fast as possible. If for whatever reason the item still has not shipped feel free to reach out to us using our Phone (347) 855-7524.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Chamber13 is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If Billing and Shipping Address differ, or if we deem necessary, we reserve the right to ask for ID. Failure to provide and cancellation of order will result in 5% cancellation fee,
