If you believe your order qualifies for an exception, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at Support@chamber13nyc.com with your order number and photos if applicable.Items must remain unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Chamber13 is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If Billing and Shipping Address differ, or if we deem necessary, we reserve the right to ask for ID. Failure to provide and cancellation of order will result in 5% cancellation fee,
